Estelle Swaray whose music could be compared to Lauryn Hill was born in London. She has released records on his own label Stellar Ents, including the album “The 18th Day” in 2004. This new album called “Shine” will be released on 5 May will be a subtle blend of hip-hop, pop, reggae and soul. This album looks promising especially since it was attended by celebrities like Will.I.Am, Mark Ronson (producer of Amy Winehouse), Cee-Lo of the duo Gnarls Barkley, Wyclef Jean and of course John Legend with whom she has just signed his Homeschool label.
